Using Educational Robotics as an Instruction Tool for Teaching the Omani Social Studies Curriculum

The study aimed to explore the possibility of using educational robotics as instruction tools for teaching Omani social studies curriculum. Focusing on this area is driven by lack literature about implementation in studies. A questionnaire consisting 38 items covering five pedagogical domains was administered 201 male and female teachers. It found that younger teachers are more positively predisposed toward adoption use robotics, but results revealed general knowledge skills they think current school environment does not support its implementation. Correspondingly, strongly recommended providing training programs developing facilitate robotics.
